To begin the enrollment process, log on and complete the following steps:
Comments: Always click the gray button to move to the next screen. If you are knocked off the internet or lose connection, your changes will be saved automatically for when you log back in. All deductions will show monthly. You can print the Benefit Statement screen for your records – this is the confirmation showing you selected the listed benefits and will be payroll deducted or drafted. Be sure to continue through until you have completed the enrollment and it says “Congratulations!” or until you have reached the screen to input your information for an agent to call you back.
1. Click on the “Enrollment” link provided by your organization or go to ENROLL NOW and select the enrollment link for employees or association members to Login or Register as a New User.
2. LOGIN: Enter your SSN in the "User ID" field. Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) in the appropriate field. (Your initial PIN is the last four digits of your social security number if pre-registered; otherwise it is what you elected during the registration process.) The “Change PIN" tab will allow you to change your PIN. (If you change it, please select a PIN that is familiar to you and at least 4 characters, but no more than 15 characters. Once you have changed your PIN, no one else will have access to your enrollment information. If you do not remember your PIN from last year, please call True Benefits at the number below or email info@true-benefits.com to have your login reset.)
3. The WELCOME page will give you information about your plan year and any highlights for this year's enrollment. After reading, please click the gray button to move to the next screen.
4. The DEMOGRAPHICS page will allow you to update some of your personal data if it is outdated (i.e. address, phone number, etc.). However, some information will be viewable only. After verifying and updating this information, please click the Continue button at the bottom of the screen to move on.
5. The BENEFICIARIES page will open to allow you to update your Medical, Life, Disability, and Critical Illness beneficiary information. Please update this information and click the Continue button at the bottom of the screen to move on.
6. The PRODUCTS page will detail your current elections. Follow the prompts in the far right column of each listed benefit to "change" or "drop" the current coverage. To review or add a new benefit, click the link below the table that says “*Click Here to Add New Elections*" and then follow the prompts for the insurance plans you are requesting. Note: enrollment applications are sometimes necessary to make changes to or add benefits. If the screen tells you that an application is required, you may still enroll with $0.00 premium filled in, and your enrollment personnel will contact you to complete the necessary paperwork following your online enrollment.
7. The STATEMENT page will show your final elections for the coming plan year. You may print a copy for your records if you wish. You must click the button at the bottom of the screen to accept the enrollment changes for next year.
8. When applicable, the BANK DRAFT page requires the bank routing and account number you are requesting monthly premiums to be withdrawn from. (Premiums are scheduled to draft the 20th of each month and are paid in advance when not payroll deducted. If any premiums do not clear, you have until the end of the month to remit the premiums through True Benefits Administrators at 3535 Firewheel Drive Suite A, Flower Mound TX 75028. Any unpaid premiums by the end of the month will result in termination from the benefits.)
9. The LOGOFF page will complete your enrollment. Please select one of the three options: ¤ I HAVE COMPLETED MY ENROLLMENT. ¤ I HAVE MADE CHANGES BUT WISH TO RETURN BEFORE I COMPLETE MY ENROLLMENT. ¤ I HAVE QUESTIONS AND WOULD LIKE AN AGENT TO CONTACT ME FOR ASSISTANCE.
10. Last, please click "Logoff'. When you see the word “CONGRATULATIONS” at the top of the screen, you have completed and saved your enrollment options and this will complete your enrollment for the coming plan year.
